I am a rebel in the gentlest sense of the word. I like to question everything, I like to push against the norm, to investigate and make my own discoveries. I have never stopped learning, I have experienced for myself and, in doing so, I have found what works well for me, what helps me, breaks me and heals me.

I am wife and mum, a bible bashing Jesus-freak, voluntarily not engaged in any paid employment, wannabe artist and writer, volunteer youth leader in church, trying to live a natural, toxin-free life.

These writings share my experiences. Please take from them whatever you can.
